What is the Marketplace?
The Marketplace is a new feature of Textbooksrus.com that allows booksellers (including students and individuals) to list their items for sale on Textbooksrus.com
Is there a charge?
There is no charge to list your items for sale on TextbooksRus.com. If your item sells, Textbooksrus.com will deduct a small commission (15%) from the item's selling price or 15 cents per item, which ever is larger.
Do you offer a shipping credit?
We have the most generous shipping credit policy in the industry. We give you 100% of what we collect.
That's $2.99 for standard and $4.99 for expedited.
How do I get paid?
We offer several payment options for marketplace sellers

Payments are made twice a month and all purchases are cleared 30 days after the initial purchase date. This method ensures no chargeback’s for returns.
What kinds of books can I list? What about international and instructor's editions?
You can list any type of book you like. TextbooksRus.com is the first (and only) marketplace on the web to support all types of books--including international, instructors, and annotated editions.
How do I list my books?
You can list your books one at a time (recommended for individual sellers) via the Web, many at a time via the Web, or in bulk via our automation interfaces (we support many different file formats). If you are interested in volume selling, please

. You can list as many books as you like. Your listings stay active until they sell or you end them.As a marketplace seller, it is your responsibility to ensure that booktraits such as international edition, instructors edition, etc. are properly noted and maintained with all titles you list.

Why does TextbooksRus require marketplace sellers to enter a valid credit card?
There are two reasons why TextbooksRus requires all marketplace sellers to enter a valid credit card number for their seller account. First it will protect customers and benefit sellers by helping to minimize fraud. Secondly, a credit card will provide an efficient method to collect outstanding credit balances due to TextbooksRus. TextbooksRus greatly values all of our marketplace sellers and we are committed to creating a safe and efficient venue for them to do business.
Do I have to enter a credit card?
Yes. This requirement applies to all marketplace sellers.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will only be charged if your account is "in the red" at the end of the billing cycle.
What happens if I do not wish to enter my credit card number?
You will be unable to create a seller account.
Will I receive a notification when my credit card is charged?
Yes. Sellers who are "in the red" at the end of a billing cycle will receive an email stating their card was charged for the negative balance.
Where do I go to change my credit card information?
Marketplace sellers may change their credit card information in the following location:

Do you keep a record of the CSC (security code) number on the back of the credit card?
No. The security code on the back of your credit card is used only to verify your identity and limit fraud and is not stored by TextbooksRus.
May I list items other than books such as DVDs, CDs, or other products on the Marketplace?
No. The TextbooksRus.com Marketplace only features books.
